Production attestation, passkey enrollment, wallet creation, signing, export, and local recovery protection passed after fixing a request-id mismatch. Active-wallet VM recreation remains unverified because GCP required interactive reauthentication.

Next.js client on Vercel → email-OTP OAuth against the TDX confidential-VM ePDS → enclave-derived EVM/Solana addresses → browser-key enrollment → TEE-produced wallet signature, with the forged-envelope failure path rejected 403. One Next.js fetch bug found and fixed mid-run; PLC + signer-journal out-of-band proofs attached.

Observations tabs reduced to Photos + Field sounds (Measurements & Drone removed); tree measurements now render inline on gallery cards, the detail drawer, and the full observation page. Verified live on Bees & Trees Uganda and Koko Dao's 1,099-occurrence dataset. COBEC had no indexed data; manager-only sub-nav verified by code.

The ai4pg landing page is rebuilt as a kicker-numbered editorial publication mapped from transparencia-design.vercel.app, keeping ai4pg's existing dark cloth + gold-foil palette as the canonical surface. Custom pencil-sketch hero illustration (a generic neoclassical civic rotunda) sits seamlessly on the page in both themes: graphite-on-warm-paper in light, transparent foil-cream alpha plate in dark. Dev server runs on port 3050 so it doesn't collide with other agent-browser users.

Rigorous desktop + mobile audit of the gainforest-app landing surface. Caught 3 dead links (alpha.fund/create 404, Canva impact-report 404, 3 placeholder press links pointing at the homepage), one fixed-position widget (FloatingTaina) consistently obscuring left-anchored section headlines, a confusing 5-column ChoosePath layout, a heavily-bokeh'd DataCommons photo that dominated its frame, a Partners globe clipping at the section edge, and a chaotic ImpactReport collage. All 14 issues fixed, all links now resolve, tsc clean.

Reskinned the Simocracy v2 landing in the TransparencIA editorial design language — civic-newspaper rhythm, 44px architectural grid, cobalt halo with sims walking inside, blinking plus marks, drifting cobalt+terracotta accent squares, mono kickers, serif H1 with cobalt italic emphasis, and a new three-up stat-column section pulling live indexer counts. Simocracy's paper+foil palette and clickable walking sims preserved.

Hardened the landing for phones: live Bumicerts + Globe windows now render full-width inline beneath the hero (instead of overflowing or hiding), hero typography scales 42→58→78px across breakpoints, a slide-in nav drawer covers the 5 hidden links, the floating Capybara flips to bottom-right on mobile, and the footer reflows so 'Bumicerts' no longer spills off the right. Desktop layout untouched.

Built /chat[[…path]] from a hand-drawn mockup and smoke-tested it live: sign-in via certified.one OAuth, real chat with two sims, four org.simocracy.history records written + verified out-of-band on the facilitator PDS, history-replay confirmed on reload, all four records cleaned up.
